COVID 19 Eviction Assistance is available through Legal Aid of Broward County

If you have received COURT PAPERS advising you of an eviction complaint, use the link to complete an Intake Application Form to see if help is available for you.

You must read the instructions carefully and follow all instructions. If you need help, call Legal Aid Directly at 954-736-2497.

If you are a tenant that has received a 3 day notice requesting payment of rent or are experiencing negative living conditions, this form is not for you. However, you can still call the Legal Aid Hotline a: 954-736-2431 for possible help with your situation.
